Runic Tools
What are Runic Tools?
Runic Tools in Ultima Online: Renaissance are legendary artisan instruments granted exclusively through the Bulk Order System. When wielded by a grandmaster craftsman, runic tools forge equipment bearing guaranteed magical properties (such as Accuracy, Ruin, Might, Force, Power, Vanquishing, and Invulnerability).
Runic Blacksmith Hammers
Runic Hammers correspond to the colored ore hierarchy. Higher-tier hammers grant both greater magical intensity and more potential property rolls per crafted weapon or piece of armor.

Runic Sewing Kits
Runic Sewing Kits allow grandmaster tailors to produce magical leather armor infused with defensive properties:
- Spined Runic Sewing Kit: 45 charges. Produces Defense and Guarding quality leather gear.
- Horned Runic Sewing Kit: 30 charges. Produces Guarding and Hardening leather armor.
- Barbed Runic Sewing Kit: 15 charges. Imbues Fortification and Invulnerability properties onto meditatable barbed leather suits.
Acquisition Through Bulk Order Deeds
Runic tools cannot be purchased from NPC vendors or found as regular monster loot. They must be redeemed by completing large, colored, exceptional Bulk Order Deeds for blacksmiths and tailors.
