=== Common Event Types ===
Community organizers host diverse event formats throughout the year:
* 🛡️ '''Public Skill Training (Resist Sessions)''':
: Regular open training marathons hosted by prominent guilds (such as ''RIP'', ''PIR'', ''ONE'', and ''ORC''). Organizers provide public gate transit, protected courtyards, casters casting spells like Meteor Swarm and Fire Field, and dedicated cross-healers. These sessions allow players of all levels to train difficult skills—most notably '''Magic Resistance'''—safely, rapidly, and at minimal reagent cost.
* ⚔️ '''Public Harrowers & Champion Spawns''':
: Open PvM boss runs where guilds pool their Champion Skulls to summon the True Harrower or activate open-world champion spawns. These massive rallies invite the entire shard to join the battle, with stat scrolls, powerscrolls, platinum drops, and monster loot distributed among the brave participants.
* 🏆 '''PvP Tournaments & Contests''':
: Player-sponsored combat competitions—including 1v1 duels, 2v2 tournaments, and large-scale events like ''Fight For a Fort'', ''Fortress Fights'', and ''Capture The Flag (CTF) Days''. These events feature structured brackets, fair rulesets, spectator viewing areas, and prizes ranging from gold and platinum to valuable houses, keeps, and custom fortresses.
* 🐉 '''Public Dungeon Raids & Boss Marathons''':
: Organized guild excursions into dangerous dungeons to tackle endgame encounters (such as ''Public Zoosk / Zook Runs'', ''White Wyrm & Krampus Hunts'', and ''Christmas Scroll Marathons''). These outings provide solo adventurers and newer players with guided, high-tier group combat.
* 🎣 '''Guild Fishing Derbies & Maritime Contests''':
: Community seafaring tournaments (such as ''PIR Fishing Events'' and the ''No Quarter November Tourney'') where sailors and anglers compete under custom rules for largest catches, target weights, and nautical rares.
* 🎭 '''Roleplay Raids & Thematic Encounters''':
: Story-driven faction and guild battles—such as Orcish fortress sieges, cave raids, or pirate high-seas blockades—that bring Britannia's lore and wilderness to life.
* 🎁 '''Community Gift Exchanges & Seasonal Hunts''':
: Player-led festive gatherings, including shard-wide ''Secret Santa'' gift exchanges, Easter egg hunts, and trivia contests hosted by generous community members.
* 🏰 '''Player Housing Raffles & Estate Giveaways''':
: Raffles and lottos organized by players and guilds to raffle off prime real estate (including keeps, fortresses, and custom homes) along with rare decorative collectibles.
