- Event Center Registration: Take your chosen adventurer to the Event Center. Double-click the blue Jubilee Book to register.
- Strict Limit: Exactly one participant per player (not per account). Choose your character carefully, as character swaps are strictly prohibited after sign-up.
- Participation Deed & Guild Stone: Upon registering, you receive a blessed, non-tradable, non-droppable Participation Deed. Double-click the Blue Guild Stone to receive your very first Participation Token and your Discord access invite.
- Hunt Rules & Travel Restrictions:
- Clues to hidden Britannian landmarks are posted live in Discord during the event weekend.
- Recall and Gate Travel are restricted near hunt objectives — players must ride, run, or sail to the destination!
- At each hidden location rests a Jubilee Stone. The first 10 participants to reach each location and click the stone receive 1 Anniversary Token (maximum 1 token per player per location).

MMXXVI Jubilee Fishing Tournament
As part of the Jubilee festivities, Britannia's seafarers and anglers compete in the week-long **MMXXVI Jubilee Fishing Tournament** (running mid-August).
- Tournament NPC & Headquarters: The Official Fish Tournament NPC is stationed at the Moonglow Docks.
- Catch Verification: The automated tournament system registers each turn-in, logging the exact weight, timestamp, and the name of the original angler. Only fish caught with your character's name are valid!
- Per-Character Logging: Each character must log their catches individually; grouping fish caught across multiple alts to inflate weight totals is strictly disabled.
- Big Fish Turn-Ins & Pieces of Eight: Every Big Fish turned in earns the angler 1 Piece of Eight.
The Wishing Well & Tournament Prizes
* Grand Category Champions: The top anglers across three competitive divisions receive premier championship reward packages:
- Biggest Fish (heaviest single catch)
- Smallest Fish (lightest eligible catch)
- Highest Total Weight (for the dedicated maritime grinder)

Valentine's Event: Cupid Returns!
The Valentine's Event is an annual holiday celebration on UO:Renaissance, traditionally running from February 7th through February 22nd. During this limited-time celebration, players are invited to take part in a unique holiday experience filled with mystery, danger, dark romance, and champion-tier encounters.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Event Schedule | Annually from February 7th to February 22nd |
| Event Location | Exterior surrounding Wrong Dungeon (Lost Lands mountain passes) |
| Battle Style | **Champion Spawn** altar activation with candle progression & boss climax |
| Acceleration Mechanic | **Spells of Forbidden Love** (Scrolls that light red candles on the altar) |
| Apex Boss | **Cupid** — Corrupted herald of dark enchantments |
| Signature Spoils | **Cupid's Trusty Steed** (rare event mount), limited-time Valentine rares & holiday loot |
Lore & Location: Outside Wrong Dungeon
Rumors whisper across Britannia that Cupid, once revered as an immortal symbol of love, joy, and affection, has turned toward the dark shadows. Conducting twisted pagan experiments outside the grim walls of Wrong Dungeon, Cupid has transformed what was meant to be a season of romance into a time of torment and sinister rituals.
A mysterious altar and corrupted sparkles mark the perimeter of Cupid's ritual grounds. Keep a sharp eye out for hostile wildlife, pagan encampments, and rival adventurers seeking the same holiday spoils!
Champion Battle Mechanics
The centerpiece of the Valentine's Event is a full **Champion-style battle** staged at the ritual altar outside Wrong Dungeon.
- Activating the Idol: Double-click the Idol of the Champion situated at the altar. Beware — Cupid's minions will materialize immediately upon activation!
- Candle Progression: Similar to Britannia's classic champion spawns, defeating waves of minions ignites the altar's candles:
- Every 5 White Candles ignites 1 Red Candle.
- Every 5 Red Candles advances the spawn into a higher, more difficult tier of corrupted minions.
- Escalating Difficulty: As candles ignite, the minions grow progressively tougher, hitting harder and wielding lethal spells.
Spells of Forbidden Love & Tactics
* How They Work: Carrying a Spell of Forbidden Love scroll to the Idol of the Champion and placing it upon the altar will immediately ignite one additional red candle! * Tactical Deployment: Ranged attackers and spellcasters can take high-ground positions on the surrounding battlements to rain down spells and arrows, while melee dexxers manage ground-level bottle-necks.
Confronting Cupid & Event Rewards
- Boss Battle: Cupid wields formidable dark enchantments, deadly archery skills, and crowd-disrupting magic. Coordinate with your party for healing, cures, and crowd management.
- Cupid's Trusty Steed: The premier reward of the event! A majestic, unique holiday mount with distinctive Valentine coloring. Victorious champions have a rare chance to claim and ride Cupid's steed.
- Event-Only Collectibles: Limited-edition Valentine-themed decor, rare hues, and holiday souvenirs.
